Mix one serve (1 scoop) with 250ml cold water. Fruit flavours should be stirred to avoid foaming but chocolate flavours can be shaken. Allow to sit for a few minutes until drink settles and disollves fully before drinking.

For best mix, taste, and convenience we recommend keeping a large multi-serve pre-mixed jug of Aussie Raspberry or Pine-Orange Frost in the fridge. We don't recommend this for Chocolate as the cocoa can settle.
